The process in 5 steps
A good start is half the battle
In the start-up phase, we lay a solid foundation for the success of your sustainability project. Together, we determine the project structure, create buy-in among your employees, and ensure that everyone has the right knowledge. We draw up a clear step-by-step plan and communication plan so that everyone is on the same page, speaks the same language, and the project can get off to a flying start!
No insights, no outlook
In the analysis phase, we take a close look at your organisation. We start with a gap analysis that assesses where your organisation currently stands in terms of sustainability and where you want to go based on your mission and vision. We then carry out an impact analysis, identifying the most important SDG themes that are of impact to your board and society.
Time for action
Based on the analysis phase, we develop a strategic action plan and draw up a detailed roadmap. In this roadmap, we also define the indicators and KPIs that will be used to measure and monitor your performance. We then work together to roll out this action plan!
To measure is to know
We closely monitor the process throughout its implementation using the output and outcome indicators we have defined. For this monitoring, we can provide a dashboard in collaboration with our data team. Alternatively, we can try to see if a link can be made with the existing software.
Transparant reporting
In the final phase, we guide you in reporting your sustainability efforts transparently. This can be done internally to employees, but also externally to stakeholders and citizens. This communication can be formal via a sustainability report or informal via existing communication channels.
