The process in 5 steps
A good start is half the battle
In the start-up phase, we lay a solid foundation for the success of your sustainability project. Together, we determine the project structure, create buy-in among your employees and ensure that the right knowledge is available. We draw up a clear step-by-step plan and communication plan, so that everyone is on the same page, speaking the same language and the project can get off to a flying start!
No insights, no outlook
In the analysing phase, we take a closer look at your organisation. We start with a baseline measurement that assesses where your organisation currently stands in terms of sustainability. We then carry out a double materiality analysis, identifying the most important ESG themes that have an impact on both your organisation and society.
Time for action
Based on the analysing phase, we develop a strategic action plan and draw up a detailed roadmap. Depending on the type of organization, we may call on the organisation-wide expertise of IDEA Consult during this step. We have more than 80 employees with specific knowledge on a wide range of topics related to sustainability. These include the circular economy, the real estate sector, the labour market and many other domains. Together, we also define the indicators and KPIs that will be used to measure and monitor your performance.

In the follow-up and evaluation phase, ESG-GO helps you to closely monitor the progress of your action plan. The platform offers a clear dashboard in which you can monitor the indicators and KPIs. This makes interim evaluations and adjustments easy, so that you always stay on course towards your sustainability goals.

In the final phase, we support you in clearly and attractively reporting your sustainability efforts. We do this in a way that is fully in line with EU guidelines for SMEs and at the same time inspires with a powerful and convincing story.
